Things you should know about shipping…
We take great pride in providing you with the healthiest lavender available – ready for you to plant. Victor personally packs each order to arrive safely at your destination.
We know shipping charges can be costly. We ship all our orders to arrive within 5 days – they won’t sit around in some distribution center over the weekend. Our preference is to ship via USPS Priority Mail – it has proven to be the most reliable way. For shipments to some locations and during warm summer months it may require that your plants be shipped by priority means. You will be billed only for the actual shipping charges plus our standard box charge of $7.00 per box. (Each box holds 4 trays. Minimum charge $7.00) There are no additional ‘Handling Charges”
Any shipment to areas of yellow, gold, green and possibly some western portions of the red* (*depending on weather conditions at time of shipment) can be shipped via UPS Ground. Any locations in orange must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (The day (Monday) UPS recieves the shipment does not count as a transit day so shipments would not make it by Friday to areas shown in orange)

Very Important – Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If there is any damage please note this when you sign for your delivery. If a damage claim needs to be filed notify us immediately of the damage. Please take pictures of the condition of the box and contents and forward them to us. There is a limited time to file a claim for damages. All plants leave our farm securely packaged but once they are gone we have no control over their handling. Each shipment is insured for $100. You have the option of adding additional insurance which currently costs $2.00 per each $100.00 of value. Please note on your order if you wish to purchase this additional insurance.
